Lifelong Tools for Career Readiness

Your students’ career journeys change throughout their lives and we are with them each step of the way. Our K-12 suite guides students through developmentally designed activities to learn more about themselves, their options, and make a plan for high school and beyond.

Programs can be licensed for K-12 state-wide implementation, or by an individual district, school, or education organization. Once established, a student's portfolio can remain with them as they progress through each grade, allowing them to revisit and reflect on past self-surveys, resumes, and career development activities.

Our Tools Include

Portfolio Continuity

Portfolio continuity is a cornerstone of intoCareers. A student's account stays with them as they grow. When they save careers, schools, scholarships, reflections, and resumes, they build a library of knowledge that they can draw on for years to come.

Curriculum

K-12 curriculum has a variety of activities that cater to different learning styles and interests. These range from individual projects, presentations, group discussions, and role-play scenarios. Curriculum includes variations to make lessons flexible and customizable for each classroom.

Reporting

Reporting is integrated at every level, from K-12. Counselors, teachers, administrators, and districts can generate reports to see individual, group, grade, or aggregate data on self-survey results, favorited items, career plan completion, and more!

Single Sign On & Rostering

We have several options to create accounts- choose what works best for your state, school, or district! Create accounts directly in CIS 360 or integrate with SSO and Rostering with Classlink or Clever.

English/Spanish

Career Trek is available with text and audio in both English and Spanish. CIS 360 includes self-survey audio in both English and Spanish, as well as text features that translate to Spanish.

Customizable Career Plans

Career Plan is a customizable list of activities that guide students through CIS 360. Create middle school and high school career plans that align with state, district, or school goals.
